The one I have is known as the Actron III I believe, but looking on the actron site, the name is different, looks the same:

http://www.actron.com/cgi-bin/web_st...5.htm&cart_id= $199.

Probably a better deal:
http://www.autobarn.net/eqobdiicodre.html
and here(for even less):
http://www.jeepersandcreepers.com/gear/pages/equus.htm

Other similar devices:
http://www.ontool.com/store/search?manufacturers=441

Something interesting and cheap:
http://www.allstates.com/OBD2%20code%20reader.htm
-Doesn't say that it says the one of 4 areas the code might be under.(

Try Scott at Thousand Oaks Subaru. They are mod friendly and will treat you right.

Glad to hear you say that Phil. He's always given me that impression, good to hear confirmation.

Definately, and it won't take them a whole day to take a look at it (unless they are really busy) Normally either Scott or Mark will be happy to help you out.

As for being mod friendly... hmm they replaced the engine in my car, and happily replaced the intake w/ Injen, flywheel with Chalak, and Crank Pulley w/ UD Light
