Default Just pulled my codes from my swap..what to do?

This is how it went

LSSS=13
LLLS=31

Thanks to legacy777's websites for this.

Code13 cam angle sensor No signal entered from cam angle sensor, but signal (corresponding to at least two rotations of cam) entered from crank angle sensor

Code31 Throttle sensor Abnormal voltage input entered from throttle sensor Sets throttle sensor's voltage output to a fixed value

What should i do about these?

This is obviously what my problem is with why my car wont start correct?

It a stock EJ22T ECU trying to Run SOHC EJ25 Heads on Stock cam sensor.
