Mike ended up throwin down 308awhp 306ft/lbs tq. some good numbers for a light brighton i think
so i have a '07 WRX TR full drivetrain swap in my '96 brighton and ill be getting it tuned through PIA this sunday, and i was curious as to what kind of numbers your tuned TR is putting down to the rubber with these bolt ons or at least some of them? you know, something for me to look forward to. extra goodies are: -VF43 -FMIC -3" dp -3" exhaust (borla hush. it ****ing rocks )-K&N typhoon -Access port -COUGH flat black paint job COUGH ![]()

You should be a shade over 300wtq and right around 300whp, will be a very fun ride in a GC

If you are running the 2.5l from the TR, 300hp sounds right, but you should be making more tq than hp with the 2.5, just based on what I've seen in the "proven power" forum. Either way, you'll be able to leave a couple of S4 owners scratching their heads. Have fun. ![]() |

yea it is the 2.5l. so even with those mods only about 300whp? thats weird. for some reason i think that engine is capable of more. but you know im sure 300 isnt as high as it can go.

With that vf43 you should get about 300hp and probably 330-340ish ft-lbms. I'm pushing 240hp and 293ft-lbms with my wimpy ass td04 at the wheels.

mike.
and im not looking to go into the 400whp range haha that would be unneccesary for me. im not complaining about 300 either, i just thought it might be able to make more with no problem.oh well. haha i cant complain really, seeing as how i came from a 1.8l . even what i have now is ****ing amazing. i just want to get rid of this annoying over boosting and get some mo' powa' down to the wheels!![]() |

yea i remeber mike telling me he tried making me a 19psi map that would put out kinda the same numbers as that but it was putting to much duty on the waste gate. so he just set me up with a 18.5psi map. im still running the stock one, so maybe if i upgrade to a recirc. i could acheive that. |

sold the subie and got a 300c but missed the performance and awd so it was between evo and sti. the evo won because w/ just basic bolt-ons performed slightly better. sure miss the boxer engine and better interior |
