The Forester has gone through a lot of iterations during it's life span. Mostly all of which are performance minded for road racing. As it's one thing to build a performance car, but it's another to actually track it.

Whats the point? So what, its a fast forester, it has no physical advantage over an impreza on a race track.

Sure it does. He can haul 10 large dogs, all the groceries for the month, 2 or 3 cases of beer, and a large grill AND STILL rip around a track.

I thnk it was to show everyone how the OP's dream of an STi-swapped Forester became a reality.

If the OP was like, "Look out STis and WRXes! The Forrester STi will dominate your car, beat a Lambo around the skidpad, and drop more panites than Brad Pit!" then I would probably agree with you.

To Angry Toaster: BAD ASS! That's all I can say. I was envious of Davenow's FSTi clone, but now I've found someone else to hate!

I think my next Soob will be an FXT, though going with the NA car does have advantages (price, insurance, weight, etc.).

thats one amazing subi. i've always wondered how an impreza would look if you were able to fit a forester from end on it. especially if it was a front end of one of the new forester sports. has anyone else ever pondered over that combination?
