Default new tune with different gear ratios?

i know this may be a silly question for some. Should i get a new protune after i have my ppg's installed? The new ppg ratios are numerically higher especially in 2nd and 3rd gears. For example, If target boost in 3rd is 19 psi, will i still hit target boost even though there will be less load?

Thanks
