Hard to go wrong with either one, I did an FP evo3 16g a while back, but pump gas only, and went 12.3@110...made 330/319 whp/wtq on a dynojet, and 296/282 whp/wtq on a dyno dynamics That was on my then stock block/tranny 05wrx...Blouch is definately the way to go, my FP turbo was toast after a little over 6000 miles. I'm running a blouch dom 2.5r now...you may ought to consider that turbo as well...more pricey, but super potential for down the road.

Good luck man...hope its ok posting my non meth set up.

it all depends on whats more important to you....topend or a little quicker spool?

16g = 33 lb/min
big 16g = 38 lb/min
18g = 42 lb/min
20g = 44 lb/min

IMO, once you've already decided that the big16g is your lowest option....i would just go with the 20g.

they are so close in size and i would take the 300-400rpm of lag for 40-60whp up top.

PS: your sig already says 20g+meth, are you going smaller?

You will love the Blouch 20g, their turbos consistently put out great numbers.

Also didn't see anything about your tranny?? I babied my late 02 (had 1mm wider gears) with 336whp for 8 months and it looked fine when it came out, but i wouldn't not trust it.
Tranny was always babied, most 02-03 trannies are half dead by the time they get a bigger turbo.

With a 20g and meth with a good tune it could strip the teeth right off in boost. Wouldn't be surprised if it didn't make it off the dyno.
