I dont think so im running 225/45/17 and 235 isnt much bigger. What rims are you using if its the oem then the 235 will look odd IMO the tire will hang over to much. So I just bought some 17X8" rims to fill them in. On my other car i have 7" rims and always ran 205's but got a deal on some 215's and the tire sticks out a bit so it really depends on what rim your gonna use.

This is the only Outback Sport (Impreza Spec) thread I'm aware of, many of these guys have been posting for years. A little over a year for me

Appreciate the feedback ...
Don't need any special tools or that much room, I did my springs and then coilovers in the parking lot of my complex. Only need a few sockets and a spring compressor.

If he's doing this by diy, I think he should be sure to know all the torque spec for each bolt, our else it might do damage.

Torque specs are pretty important for engine work for everything else the most important thing is makeing sure it wont fall off. if it was damn tight to begin with make sure its damn tight when your finished with it.

Please do not humiliate yourself without reading what your posting in a public forum... now you look like a brain dead blind monkey !!!!

I have been on this thread since inception ... and I think its been a good place for all OBS owners to share their mods and concerns...

thanks for the feedback guys... I have been watching some DIY youtube videos... I think you can surely do it... As long as the springs sit in the right position it should be fine, no torque specifications to be met (atleast thats what i have come to know so far) .... But doing it myself, still debating... would have loved it if i had a good space for it... hopefully i get all the stuff i mentioned earlier in a few weeks.... Happy Summer !!!

Yeah for now I going with the OEM wheels (debating between 225 & 235, will decide when I try them both in the shop) ... i know my wheels gonna have some nice love handles... I am making quite a few mods... and dont wanna dump all my money at once, so will be getting new wheels by fall... eyeing on this ROTA (in White not Gold) ...

I'm pretty certain that to much torque on the strut can damage then as I was advised.that I look for the strut tower torque specs by a local Subaru member/mechanic

Oww. I just found a guy selling a rear sway for a 2012 WRX which is the same body style as my 2010 for $110 shipped. So hopefully it will work.

Yes the sway bar should work since its not the STI modeled sway, but my post that you replyed to was about the UEL the poster before asked about.

Hey guys, I recently got rear ended by a motorcycle and was wondering where to get a new bumper cover. I've search for a week now and couldn't fine much.
That and I'm looking at getting a borla exhaust as well due to the bike sliding under the car.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
