Anyone else local (DC area) have an 09 WRX sedan?

EDIT: 09 only, not 08....

I'm only asking because mine came with the SPT factory upgrade exhaust (a $900 option), and honestly I'm finding it too loud for my liking, since I drive with my baby in the car sometimes.

I would be interested (assuming it fits) in maybe swapping the SPT exhaust, or possibly just the two mufflers) with a standard setup + a little bit of cash (TBD) if someone has it. The car only has about 300 miles on it, so it's virtually brand-new.

I'm going to see tomorrow if the dealer will work something out with me, but if that doesn't happen let me know if you want to swap + cash.

I think you might be one of the first but I think 08's have the same exhaust but I could very well be wrong.

im guessing you havent had it that long, see what the dealer says, just tell them its too loud, they may swap it back to stock for you... worth a shot.

actually decided that since its stainless I'll keep it. but I'm going to have a resonator welded into the b-pipe to quiet it down a little bit. I think that's the best compromise for my liking, though I'm sure people will give me heat over it. Oh well.
