Default Coilover-friendly alignment shops in the portland/vancouver area

I'm asking this for a friend, last time I inquired about alignment I was told about a shop that offered unlimited alignments for a one time price, who are they and are they still doing it? If not anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Firestone in ballard does all the alignments for Kito Auto Sport, and they offer a lifetime alignment. It's like $150

edit: ah... you are in portland. I need to read better...

Firestone does that. I just had an alignment with coilovers at the firestone on powell. the guy chris there is aftermarket-friendly. Apparently the firestone in beaverton has a similar guy, also named chris, who drives an sti and therefor presumably does a decent job. Search for portland alignment, you'll find more stuff on it.

the thing I dont like about firestone is while they are cheap, they arent suppose to do anything outside of factory specs, and you dont get a spec sheet when your done.

Around seattle we have Fordahl, who is awesome, and a few more places near the south end that I have heard good reviews about

One place I would NOT go is Firestone on Division and 122nd.

Things may have changed, but when I was in Highschool they really pissed me off.

I just got finished rebuilding the suspension on my Mustang. EVERYTHING on the front steering and suspension was brand new. I took the car in and told them I needed an alignment. I got a call back 6 hours later saying that the ball joints were worn out, sway bar bushings needed to be replace, yada yada yada. I called them out on it, told them it was all brand new, and that I knew they were full of s@^# (I never got nasty with them, just flat told them they wrong). When I went to pick up the car (at this point I don't even want them to do the alignment) they charged me something like $100 to "inspect" the vehicle before they would give me the keys back.

Granted this was 8 or 9 years ago, so the personnel has probably changed. The whole thing still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
