Just read all of the fine print.
Do they have a web site with a contract posted? With extended warranties, you would be surprised at some things that are not covered.
You could probably find more extended warranty info here with a search.

Thumbs up I don't really trust Mod friendly warranty!

It just seems to be to many if's. I don't think it would be worth the hassle. I am not planning any mods, so I bought the Subaru Gold Warranty. I feel I got a good deal on it. $981 for 5yr/100k/$0 check out this thread http://i-club.com/forums/showthread....hreadid=141669

I got mine from this Joel, he was great, as did another Tim from that thread. I e-mailed him on Sunday night, he replied Monday morning by e-mail, I called him Monday. He airborned the paperwork, I received Tuesday, sent it back Wednesday(w/ prepaid package for airborne), he got Thursday. Everything now set, no worries if anything breaks for the next 65,000 miles. Oh yeah also payment plan, 10 equal payments/10 months/no interest. Joel was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't find a better price.

http://www.subaruwarranty.com/GoldPlan.htm Joel even beat this price which seemed pretty good.

If you talk to him, tell him Juan from CA says thanks, and mention I-Club. The price he said was invoice + 10%. He is even willing to show you the invoice pricing sheet
