Those numbers look like a 'Stage 1 with meth' tune...

And I saw nothing of an exhaust system. If that's the case, that seems a little foolish. Correct me if that's not the case, but a Stage2 Evo on pump typically puts down a little better numbers on a Dynojet, on pump gas. I have yet to see a Stage 2 methed-out Evo put out less than 350 on really ANY dyno.

If you look at his chart you'll see that his turbo won't hold boost. It's a small, tired turbo and the customer is doing meth in anticipation of a lot of upgrades.. including a green.
