Default San Fran Scoobs

Hey all, i think i am gonna be out in the san fran area in a couple of weeks for about five months or so for work. this time i am driving my car out there. I plan on getting a 20g turbo kit installed on my LGT while i am out there. are there any good places for tuning out there. I live in atlanta and usually do all of my tuning there n GA at TopSpeed by Doug. However due to where i am gonna be at i am trying to get some info on whether or not we have any good tuners out there that are trustworthy. Well any info will help. thanks.

Well the first shops that come to mind are GST and Speedelement. GST does tuning also with a accessport and did build the famous L that whoops on everyone, speedelement does a lot more with evo's but they are still a great shop for subies and have a lot of knowledge. EQ tuining can do access port tuning and i think they do ecutek also. Another great shop to check out would be Auto Head Quarters. They do not have a tuner in house but their tuner is Shiggy formerly of Zero Sports Japan. AHQs owner is extremly knowledgeable about subies and a lot of people trust him and only him to work on their cars and he has build some great cars out there. They are currently working on the EDO time attack car.

For parts installation I would go to those shops too. I recomend Auto Head Quarters motorsports as Kevin the owner is so meticulous about every last little detail he will not let a car leave if it is not perfect. GST and Speedelement have a great reputation too. I have never done any business personally with GST but from everyone I know in the bay area subie world they do good work. Speedelement has gone out of their way for me so for that I give them props.
