Exclamation Need help please!

Ok so i recently just got my car back from its build. So far I have about 200 miles on it. Most of which occured yesterday. So I drove it to salem and back no problems even in traffic. I get home I park it and call it a night. Well today I go outside and one the battery is about 11.5 volts and it wont' turn over. I charge it and try again and its trying to start but won't. I realize I forgot to plug the mass air filter sensor back when i was putting the filter back on the turbo inlet. It popped off no bigger well that works it starts the car. But now instead of a run away diesel its a run away subaru. Seriously its running 4K almost 4.2K RPM and staying there. I try to give it throttle to get it back down and no love. I called pre and he said its a vacuume leak possible. So i'm looking around and I don't see anything that came undone or looks to have a hole in it. My question is what could i spray or any techinics I could use to find the leak if there is one? Any ideas why it would be doing this. I just wanted to get my bov adjusted today and work on it and its doing this crazyiness. Ok and heres what the mods are:

2.5 built rods,pistons,bearing etc.
2.0 heads oversized valves springs retainers etc.
20g turbo with bpm inlet tube.
Turbo xs fmic
stock intake and throttle body.
Supporting mods for turbo and such.

Hopefully someone can help.

Ok so I just finally got the idle to come down and then it started to idle like it had a hugh cam in it. 1K to 2K over and over again till i killed it. Also noticed some smoke from the passenger side head right behind the timing belt cover. I'm hoping its not too bad it goes to the mechanic on monday maybe sooner.

I'd start by checking your Idle Control.
