Default Torque specs on sti shortblock

yes, yes i know.. "use the search function" .. however, i don't really have time for all that.. i am putting together a 2.5l block with wrx heads. it is a shortblock from an 04' sti. i need either a link to a shop manual or the specs..... sent directly to me.. i need the torque specs for the connecting rod bearings.. ?? i have the rest of the specs.. thanks alot guys.. please don't scream at me.. LOL.
