Crap. So one is bad and you're going to have it replaced before you sell the set. That's unfortunate but its good to know you're doing the right thing.
Depending how long it takes I can't promise that I will purchase them. Keep me updated on the time frame for replacement and hopefully we can still work this out.

im really sorry, im goin to contact the dealer on Monday, c if i can get a replacement right the way. thats ok man, they are very popular, a lof of dearler out of stock of it, even Tokico U.S, inventory is empty. so i have no problems with selling them.

You're right, I'm sure you'll have no trouble selling them. They are very popular.
I found out that a vendor I use has them ready to ship for just a little more money. I'm thinking I'd rather go with the vendor to make any warranty problems easier to deal with. Plus I know I can get them in time for my event from him.
Could you issue the refund thru Paypal? It is my understanding that there is no fee for Paypal refunds. If there is, let me know and we'll talk about it.

i talked to those guys, they told me that they cant get me a replacement now, out of stock, need to wait 2 more weeks, its on their way to US. but my buddy has a set of D-spec, brand new too, he wants to sell them too. if you interested i can ask more detail for you.

I've held off on making a "scammer" thread. I will not wait much longer.

This last PM was sent the morning of 9/12 and I have not received a reply.


Here is a nice big red flag that went up the same day I made my payment.

Here is a quote from him in that thread (in case his post gets edited):

Good point, I missed that one. I'll go back and recheck the whole thing. That was a lot of quoting and I missed one.

The point is that paypal notified me that i received payment. When I read further it said that it was pending a bank transfer so I waited patiently. Then after the waiting period I get this:

If you want to be done with this, you'll need to put the money in the bank account you have linked to your Paypal account and leave it there until Paypal takes it which is at least a week. See below.

eCheck is the WORST method of payment IMO. Borg, sorry about the experience you are having. I've had similar experience with eCheck and hope everything gets resolved asap.

Ok, I don't know anything about eCheck. My only paypal experience is with either direct linking to a CC or a bank account.
