If you're not tuned, you're not stage 2 yet.

Nice catch, I hadn't seen that part! Safety aside, a tune will make a huge difference in the power and every aspect of driveability, from better mileage to quicker spool, a much broader powerband, etc...

I would get a new set of tires if you have not already.
Short shifter with bushings and front/rear strut bars would be a good idea as well.
Not really power mods but those will def be better than adding more power to your current mods.

^But he didnt ask what would "def be better", he asked for more powaarrrrrrr!!1!1 mods.

and honestly, front strut bar accomplishes very little, and the short shifter isnt necessary, and we have no current detail on his tire status, or his desired operation of his vehicle. If you are into AutoX, these modifications are possibilities, but regardless he's asking for powa!

18g turbo imo with supporting mods (injectors, fuel pump, FMIC). You could run a TMIC obv but heat soak = teh sux. P,P&C manifold from Crucial, and you are good to go.

What size injectors does the 08 have? You could get a used vf46 or the 09 turbo in a little while.

I know, right?

He's not gonna be able to get any noticeable power for his budget. If he wants to see results for his money he needs to spend it on suspension.

I think you should start putting some suspension mods on before you go any faster. You haven't listed what other mods you have, so we don't know if you have any suspension parts or not. Power is nothing without being able to put it to the ground. Springs/struts, sways, tires, brake pads/lines/fluid, etc.
Just my opinion. But if you HAVE to go power mods, you could get a protune if you're just using a COBB OTS map or go to a driving school like Audio suggested.
