I am between the dunlop direzza star spec and kumho ecta xs

WHICH tire size for an 07 sti with 17X8 wheels- RCE yellows- stock everything else that matters for tire size

235/40/17
235/45/17
245/40/17

direzza star spec FTMFW!

i got mine put on today- 235/40ZR18 and they run rather wide for their size...like 1/2" wider than the old kumhos i had on the rear of the same size...i may have to roll my fender lip in as my tires are looking hella-flush now and very close to to the inner fender under compression since i'm riding on progress lowering springs

and even with the slick mold-release stuff still on/tires not broken in, the tires still stick like glue

the Direzza is a known hot tire ... the XS is still for the most part an unknown ... I go Direzza until proven to not be the hot ticket
