White lettering on Potenza A/S

So I wanna get a paint pen to paint the lettering on my tires white cause Ive always loved that look. I went to the parts store to find one to no avail but the man told me that some tires already come with a whitewall a few inches thick that covers the letters and all but is covered with a black rubber that can be removed in virtually any pattern you want.

Maybe those of you from tirerack.com (or anybody, dont wanna discriminate) know what Im talking about and can tell me if the Potenza A/S comes with this capability. If size is an issue mine are 205/55/16.

If not, any one know of a good paint pen? Summit Racing has pens designed for tires that im considering.

Any help would be great.

I'm thinking doing my black winter steelies w/ yellow... NASCAR style!
