Default uneven tire wear?

i took my front tires off and saw some pretty uneven tire wear torward the inside of the tire on both of the front tires, i have not rotated them in a while, could this be the reason? anybody experience this?

get the toe set to as close to '0' as possible

will do, well it was on the list but didnt know if it was a common problem or not? hell i havent had a front end alignment on my f150 for several years and have 80k on a set of bfg a/t's w/40% tread left.

about 10k miles ago.........lol...........i just looked at when i replaced the tires, man i need to stay on top of that, thing is, i never really drove it, i left it at my moms for her to use for several months, i didnt realize how many miles i have on those tires already. man, i may do that tomorrow.
