Depends on what best means to you? As in what is your criteria to determine the "best" dealership?

If your car is truly bone stock, any dealer should be fine, as its all under warranty and covered by SOA.

And where in MA? I doubt you want to drive to the cape if you live in the Berkshires.

You should also be a little more specific about the issue(s) you're having with your dealer and who they are.

I have no issues with Village in Acton.

I've had issues with service depts closer to me than that.

I have had good experiences with CitySide in Belmont. Have come there in the past for warranty or factory part work, happy with them.

I'm not going back to Quirk because they totally trashed the paint on my BRZ from a bad wash. Even compounding couldn't fix it. If they covered paint correction without hesitation, I wouldn't have a problem, but it took a few months and several calls to Dan Quirk's office to get them to cover just a small portion of it...like 30%.

I'm not going back to Clay either when they sent me home with a fuel leak. They're lucky I didn't zero the survey I got for the service when they wouldn't give me a rental or take the car back until after the weekend. I had to call SoA in order to get it the rental taken care of and they lied about there not being a gas leak when they told me they inspected it.

Wakefield has been pretty good to me though by handing me loaners and squeezing me in. Although a couple times, I had to walk them through a couple of the issues I had.

I ended up going back to Patrick and to make a long story short they they made it right I had a intermittent check engine light for e vap and they changed the whole wire harness with no hassle
