I dont know if undrilled wheels are sold. Probably need to contact the mfg.

My guess is that they won't sell the, due to liability issues.

It's certainly possible to do so, but if you can you would already know you can.

I'm guessing you don't own your own machine shop. This stuff isn't even feasible on a DIY in the garage kind of effort. You're drilling out precision holes, a precise amount of metal. You want everything centered and even so the wheel sits center on the hub and is balanced itself.

this is one of those things that comes up here on occasion

the cost of buying a blank wheel from a manufacturer is likely enough to buy several sets of wheels that are already drilled

this is a 'fools errand'

Yeah, your uncle can probably do it. Just keep in mind, if that bolt circle is even minimally out from the center of the wheel (like, more than a few thousandths of an inch TIR), your wheel will shake like a bastard. Do it on a drill press, and i bet the wheel will shake hard enough to rip itself to pieces. And because it's a physical dimension problem, no amount of wheel weights will fix it.

EDIT: for reference, my hair is 3 thousandths of an inch in diameter. No, i'm not exaggerating up there.
