I have a question, I have a stage 2 2008 WRX Sedan(Perrin recirc BOV, catless TBE) with a custom 93 oct accessport v2 tune. I am getting a VF-52 and walbro 255 and want to know if I can run the Cobb 2009 Stage 2 93 octane maps? While mechanically identical are there other parameters in the 09 programing what would cause conflicts?

Thanks,

Malcolm

Well, if it's only the map installation recognition rather than the map tuning parameters then it should be easy enough(For Cobb at least) just to change which car the accessport installs the map onto.

Right?

Anyone happen to log mpg before and after this mod? Although I'm sure it's hard to keep your foot out of it after....

Who tuned it and where, and what turbo?

Those are pretty much the same numbers I put down at cobb plano in an Outback XT with AVO380 TMIC on a mustang dyno.

"Actually making 375whp / 430lbft torque....

That is with 'Cobb Approved' mapping. We made more but Cobb approval requires a certain level of conservatism.

This is the power output of our 'off the shelf' Stage3 mapping, and all maps are using a Cobb downpipe with cat. So there is actually more power to be had!
