2 reston WRX sightings last night!

Hey guys, After work last night i went out to visit one of my friends in reston town center. I saw a WRB wagon (captinblinky?) in the main parking garage, You waved back at me... You see all those alarms i set off with my exhaust?

I also saw a silver wagon over by that big lot by the buses. I followed you out but you turned into a parking garage and I had to go somewhere...At the one stop sign one kid shouted, "look!, its a fast subaru WRX", so I sorta gave them a taste of my exhaust, and they all cheered, Cause I'm a wannabe(until I go turbo).. Hope to see you all around sometime soon, Maybe we could just have a mini reston meet...

You know, I think my favorite looking suby right now is a WRX WRB wagon with gold wheels.

You'll always be a wannabe, until you go manual.

My recommendation would be to sell the auto, and get a used manual RS, instead of dumping the money on putting a turbo on an automatic. Just MHO.

eh, a 4EAT DOHC RS-T sounds interesting, I think it will one of like 2 in the country... I will do the manual swap eventually, and I know the auto can take more power than the manual. Also in the auto-X i liked not having to shift.... I am still an inexperienced driving, and i also have ADHD, so i don't need any more disractions while driving.. like shifting... now you can all flame me... :monkey:

I spotted 2 WRX's on 495 going N across the American Legion Bridge - a WRB sedan and a silver sedan with a wing. They were obviously traveling togatehr, because the silver one was about 12 feet off the bumper of the blue one.

wasn't me in town center :\ i gotta hear your exhaust one of these days! As for my wagon, it's as stock as they come right now, even has the stock 16's on it.. only way to tell if it's me for the timebeing is the camera mount inside, and the fact that if i'm moving i'm always driving too fast

I spotted a couple people today- a white rs on sunset hills, and a silver wagon rex (looks tight!!) who was it? you waved back....

also, I'm _all_about_ us doing a minimeet.. I'd love to get to know you all in person, and i gotta hear that exhaust! Check the meet thread, I vote for a friday night at carpool?

Looks like this friday (good friday) isn't going to be good... but then i'm going to NYC next friday to pick up a friend of mine (and pimp my little rex) so if you guys end up deciding on that night i'll have to bail until next time...

OH- I just remembered, I also saw a white wagon parked at the chinese place on herndon parkway (forgot the name)...

Looks like there's a whole bunch of us here!

It might work - does it have tables or booths? Serve beer? Do you have Speed Channel on the TV?

An inside connection is not a bad thing to have - Tai Chih's involvement at the Revolution Coffee House helped a lot.
