08 STi winter tire question

So I have a set of ASA rims with 215/45-17 Blizzaks on them. The rims fit on my current 06 WRX but on the back of the spokes it says 5x100 on one and 5x114.3 on the other. There's only one set of holes (see picture, disregard the tires as they're different now) so I don't know what the 114.3 is referring to... Anyways, if these rims won't fit, are there any 17x7.5 rims out there that will clear the 08 STi breaks and etc, what offsets do I need to look for? I really can't go bigger than 7.5 on the 215 because I'm pretty sure they'll way overstretch.

Reasons why I wanted a samller tire:
1. Better traction (so I've read anyways)...
2. Less rock chips on the door since they won't stick outside the wheel-well so far (I go to mountain passes here in WA twice a week and WSDOT is very gravel/sand happy).
3. Already have these WS50 Blizzaks and they're pretty much brand new
