You really should start a new thread.
That rule is for Street Prepared, not Street Touring, though it does apply to Street Modified.

You're right I saw the whole thing about SFCs and thought I could sneak the question in.

The question actually relates to a different car brand, so what I really should do is ask on another board. Funny thing is that NASIOC seems to give more reliable answers to autox questions than most other car boards. Oh well!
