Default Dom 2.5R Owners: What are you running?

I haven't seen many 2.5R Polka Pickle owners on here through searching, so I was wondering what everyone is running and putting down with this turbo. I'm interested in sticking with 93 pump on my STi and IWG specifically.

thanks!

I run one on my jdm ver 8 sti motor in my 05 wrx...I have a ppg 1-4 tranny, so its a bit tricky at the track trying to get it hooked up. My best run to date has been 12.1@114...that was with a 1.9 60' and a tune that was not totally complete and weather was in the low 80s. I run straight 93 octane and between 22 and 23 psi. I think the car will go 11.8 or so with a few more mph soon, I have been working on a solid street set up, and am now just starting to tweak the map with a little more timing and a tad leaner...still right at 11:1 afr. I too run the internal gate with the 15psi actuator.

Its been a pretty cool turbo, I do think it would be a bit better suited to the usdm sti motor...I'm seeing peak boost in 3rd gear at about 4k, and thats with the very tall ppg 3rd gear.

I really don't know what it puts down, Clark turner did the initial tuning for me and has been helping me throughout the tuning process...he had figured it should be good for 350whp on a low reading dyno.

Dom 2.5 has the same CHRA as the ATP 3071. The housings are different, but most think the ATP housing looks better. There are quite a few posts on the ATP 3071. That should give you an idea what the Dom 2.5 can do, but remember that housings do matter.

QFE. Joes setup is sick. Along the lines of 389whp and 390wtq on EFI Logics Mustang Dyno.

RI 93 Pump with 50:50 alky. IWG, perrin headers, grimmspeed uppipe, cobb tbe, aps FMIC. Something along those lines

on a mustang dyno just got my polka pickle tuned. ended up with 289hp and 302tq. turbo ends up not being able to hold boost up top for some reason. its 21psi tapering down to 17psi. dont know if thatis right or not?????

What are your mods? Maybe it doesn't hold boost as well cause of the 2.0 but those are still good numbers. What's the spool like?

I'll post results once I get around to installing all these parts.

DOM2.5R
Tomei Expreme UEL Header /w Custom 44mm Tial EWG
DW 740cc Injectors
APS 70mm Intake
Prodrive EBCS
NGK One step colder plugs.

Already have the Walbro and aps tmic installed. I don't care about numbers, just a smooth, linear powerband.
