That's a nice chart. It would make for a better "sticky" if it had 4EAT info as well.

Nice list, but the transmission listed for the MY03 WRX actually started towards the end of MY02 (my car has a build date of 5/02, and has that transmission)

It is in a sticky.

In the FAQ and threads of note, if you go to "FAQ: STi 6MT Swap into a WRX", then go to the end of that post and click on "Master 6 Speed Transmission Decoder Ring", then go down to the 23 post and click on "http://spda-online.ca/modules/tinyco...ite/tc_28.html".

So, see it was there right in front of your nose all along and you never knew it.

anyone know where I can get info for auto trannies? Specifically I'm looking for final drive ratios to see if an auto rear diff from one car will fit on another

There is a chart here that has some of the final drive ratios. Nothing for each gear though.
