Default Does anyone have an 8 point key for lugs??

I'm in desperate need of an 8 point key for aftermarket lugs.
Dealership broke mine in half (probably using an airgun) trying to remove a wheel for state inspection.
I cannot find anywhere that has 8 point, they stopped making them. I have no way of getting my summer wheels off to put my snow tires on.
I'm looking to borrow the key and return it. I'll pay to have it shipped to my house and back.
Please someone help.
~Jen

Jen,

are you talking about spline drive lugs?

If so, you can get these at any tuner shop. If you dont have one near you I can ship you one I have laying around.

my lugs are open in the middle and the key fits inside.
I checked with a local tuner shop and they couldnt find anyone that makes an 8 point key anymore.. its either 6 or 12.

Check PepBoys. Sounds like youre describing the lugs my Roommate had.

How much room is there in the lug hole around the lug? Are you willing to get new lugs? Get a stripped bolt socket from Sears and remove the lugs, then get new ones.

Believe me I have checked everywhere and I constantly get the same story, they dont make them anymore. That is why i'm posting on here to see if somebody has one I can borrow.
I have to get a new set of lugs because the dealership also busted one of my lugs along with breaking the key. My problem is that i cant get the old lugs off.

P.S. what is a stripped bolt socket??
