Default ej22 block with ej25 heads

So i am asking for my boss, and i believe i have asked before for myself, but i forget.
Advantages/ Dissadvantages of putting 2.5 heads on a 2.2 block? Not looking for power. Just a good running engine.

It will run. It's a great set up for slapping a turbo on the thing because it drops compression to 8.6:1. Not the greatest set up for NA use. The increase flow of the heads is pretty much offset by the loss of compression. Also a complicated conversion just to fix a car...
