Westley Bleche White (following the bottles instructions) once a month, and 303 Aerospace Protectant after every wash. Let it soak in for 15 minutes, then dab off the excess.

I use Mother's Tire Shine:

http://mothersbrothers.com/oc/images/06924.jpg

Not too shiny, for a natural dark black look. It's like Back-To-Black for tires.

if i want them to look good (before meets or just to show off) i prep them by cleaning them properly with some P21S total auto wash, blot dry them with towels, and apply Swissvax Pneu onto it. it's a matte shine that is liquid based so it doesn't sling off either.

I use Purple Power degreaser (found it at walmart) I started using this on my wife's sti to get the brake dust off the wheels. but it works great to strip off all the old tire shine and road grime. then I just hit it with black magic tire wet. as an example of how well it works......... I used it on my 04 STi with the stock RE070's on it and i found the little red dot on the sidewall from when it was new. I had never seen it before.

- I use the older version of this:

Its Meguiar's Tire shine or something. Its very easy to apply. the Nozzle head has 3 turn settings to match your tire size, ie: low-profile tires versus full size tires.

Its like applying a clear-coat to your tires. Easy as spray paint........but careful the smell is very strong and should be used outdoors, and it creates a cloud like any spraypaint would. (doesnt affect its use, just...not healthy).

Everything everyone listed are protectants and shines. None are cleaners.

Westley bleach white always does the job....If i am going to a car show or something, the only tire shine i will use is made by Stoners.

STP Son of a Gun.
Cheap, and great.
Little spray here and there, and voila.
