Default 143,000 miles Garage GT protune....

2004 STi original motor, original turbo. Purchased the vehicle with 22,000 mile back in '05 and been running an OTS map since then. Prior to tuning I did a compression test: Cyl 1-133psi, 2-138psi, 3-136, 4-136psi.

Mods:
Big TMIC
Inlet
High flow Cat TBE
SRI
AP crank pulley

Results: 291.6hp

Not crazy big numbers but I'm just impressed it put down that much without my motor or turbo blown up yet. Thanks to guys at Garage GT

I love to see high milage cars doing well! In the next week or two, Im tuning an 05 STi with a green and meth with 130k on the original motor. You dont find too many of these examples.

One thing I want to point out, for your benefit and longevity of the motor to come. You see the waves in the high rpm area, thats knock. You may want them to check it out one more time. I can tell not by the loss of power, as vf's fall off, but by the wave like curve after 5500.
Something may be going on at tip in as well, probably a large jump in timing.

Good point, good to know on the knock. I'm complicating on the 2.5 XT or Green.
