higher frame rate! ... or something. i'm no photographer either - my pics would probably have ended up with blurry backgrounds, too.

Great stuff!

You mean there are cars running after the WRC teams? What a shame we don't get to see them. With only 3 hours of coverage, I understand there's no time, but still...

I sure did, i was right at that hairpin, about 100 yards up, it was truly awesome!

I am away working at the moment, i'll pick my faves from the event and resize them then post them up on wed night. I was mega rushed, posted them about 2:30am and was 200 miles away from home on site at 9am. I NEED SLEEP.

I had an awesome time Jamie, wish you could have been there too, you would have loved it!!

Got tonnes of picies, loads of the convoys in the UK300's, STi's, WRX's etc through the mountains near Lloret too. Brilliant trip!! We had two way radios in the cars so the front cars could call the roads on the twisty sections, made for some awesome speed cross country!

watch this space in a day or so.

Thanks John, those are some nice snaps. They really have the feeling of speed. My fave is the Red & white Citroen Saxo. That car is sprung so stiff it's lifting the inside wheel! What kind of camera did you use to catch the action?

Talking

thanks guys

I use a Kodak DC215 Zoom Digital camera.
I used hi resolution on these shots, my monte carlo photos i used standard res and they came out crisper but smaller images so i think i will use that from now on for action shots.

I have some cracking photos from the famous viaduct hairpin, i'll start a new thread and post the photos in 600x400 size as these are too damn big. Just wanted to get a few up before i left home.

still away, hopefully be home tonight.......
