Default Wierd problem..

Earlier today i started up my car in the morning to go to school and i was reversing out the driveway and i heard this noise. then i sat in the driveway and i turned the steering wheel all the way to the right and i heard a noise on the right side of the car like a wierd vibration, i did it to the left and i heard it on the left side (only happens when you reach the furthest point in steering). it was a loud vibration. later that day i didnt hear it anymore. what is the problem?
I also took off my front wheels yesterday to paint em and put em back on but i dont think that is the problem

Probably a combination of full lock, cold P/S fluid, and a cold engine at idle. Was it unusually cold that morning?

Just in case you didn't know about this caution in the owner's manual:

"Do not hold the steering wheel at the
fully locked position left or right for
more than 5 seconds. This may
damage the power steering pump."
