Default Pics and stats of the EFI Logics dyno day.

Hey guys,

Well the big dyno weekend is over, and it ended with great success. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the attendance. CT Subie and all the cars attended on Saturday with 22 cars on the dyno, and many MANY more in attendance. Thanks to Justin from CTSubie for putting the meet together with such late notice.

On Sunday, we had tremendous turnout, with over 33 cars put on the dyno (that's 1 car every fifteen minutes for the 7 hour day). Thanks to the clubs who made it out, including LMMC-CT, LISC, CTSubie, SQC-NY, Fizz, NASIOC, and IWSTi. We have no idea how many cars were actually at the shop in total, around 1pm, the lot was absolutely packed, along with the driveway and road. We went through 250 Hamburgers and 250 Hot dogs, 7 "Boxes of Joe", 200 Munchkins, and well over 300 drinks. Every car did an average of 3 pulls, that's a total of 165 pulls on our dyno.

We hope that everybody who attended was able to get a good look at our new facility, meet the guys, and get an idea of what we're about. EFI Logics has many new plans for the 09 season, and hope that many will stop back anytime you may need assistance with your car.

Below are a few pictures taken over the course of two days. Feel free to check out our website for any more information you may need. Thanks again!

~ EFI Logics and Crew.

I wish I could have made this. Wouldnt have been the only forester there for a change. Anyone know the mods and what the forester put down?

That was a fun time on Saturday. Wicked cold, though!

It might not have put down the most power, but Doc's swapped OBS certainly turned heads. And Pavel's BBQ car... well, how can you not laugh at that?

Looks like a good turnout, we weren't able to stop in yesterday, but we'll stop in some time to see the place and ask some questions!

im pretty sure i couldve gotten highier numbers if wasnt for running oversize tires and pulling in 3rd gear instead of 4th(1:1 for fxt)

if I was to dyno again, I would change to regular size wheels instead of 235/50/18, put in a better flowing catback, and do the pull in 4th gear.

Just curious why you think the pull in 4th gear would make any difference? The dyno is loaded to make the run as realistic as possible, with the proper vehicle weight and parasitics@50.. Doing in 3rd or 4th really won't net you any difference at all.

I can tell you that the power your car made is very impressive, you shouldn't really be upset at them.

Take Care,

Chris

don't get me wrong chris. I am thrilled about the numbers as well. its just that this was my first dyno run ever and I feel that I could have done more to get the car to run better.
the reason I want to do it in 4th is because that's what most the forester guys are dynoing in being it the closest gear to 1:1 ratio.
