Default JDM STI Ver 5-6 spark plug and oil filter???

Hey guy's for those of you who have a Ver 5 or 6 STI can you recommend me some good quality spark plugs and an oil filter?

I have a new Amsoil one here that was for my 00RS but I am not sure if it will fit?

Wrong forum chief. We have appropriate forums....try to use them. Moving.

And read the FAQs once you get there, we have one for filters and plugs. Even if you had Bill Gates install both using his budget and resource, you'd net probably 0HP and 0 reliability over getting them at WalMart...it's that serious.

OEM Toyo Roki (part #15208AA100) is an excellent oil filter for the money (approx $6.50 when purchased in bulk). Buy them now if you can still find them as they have been superseded by a new part and the new one doesn't appear to be the same high quality.

Thank you AndyH, Can you tell me how and why you figure they are good filters? What color are those ones?

There was one guy who posted an extensive comparison on www.IWSTI.com a while back. He opened up many different filters, noted their construction and measured the filter element. The OEM Toyo Roki filter was one of a few that were very well constructed and I believe it had the most (or it might have been runner-up) filtering material. Factor in the decent price (especially if you buy them in bulk from an online vendor) and it's a winner. The filter is black in color.

I will surely be looking into buying these as long as they fit and are turbo based for the v5 STI motor
