Default Enkei valve stems

I just received my RP-F1's and was looking at the metal valve stems, and it seems there is a couple ways I can think of to put them together. My question is, what is the right way? I have 2 rubber seals, 2 nuts, 1 washer and of coarse the valve stem. The only thing I'm not sure about is the washer... Some one with these please shed some light on it for me, thanks.

I would like to bump this oldy-moldy thread and ask what is the recommended torque on the first nut to squeeze the two rubber seals together? How tight or how loose...that is the question.
