Smile Finally Made it into 12's with the stock turbo- 2.0 WRX- UPDATED 1-13

Updated with the new time slips 12.64 . Im sooo happy

It took me a few years lol, but i finally ran a 12.98 last night with the stock turbo.

This was with summer tires on a cold night through the waterbox. I was having some traction problems, so im hoping when i go back with the all seasons i can get better 60's and a better time.

Nice! Post up a timeslip, and your picture or video you linked isn't working by the way.

Impressive! What kind of octane? And your 60ft's do have a little room to improve, I bet it's got a 12.8 in it if you launch the ***** out of it. Good job man!

93 octane. Cobb ots map .

I know 60's could be better. i have ran a 13.0 in the past with a 101 trap and a 1.72 60. Many mods since then.

I just could not seem to hook up well last night. hopefully next week with the all seasons will be better

Awesome man congrats, I know you have been close for a long time. It looks like it has a couple tenths more in it too. I can't believe that you are still on an OTS map. At this point, with that mod list, I wonder if it would be faster with a tune or not. I am making an ATCO trip next Saturday, any chance you're planning on running again then?

Wait, you're running an EWG and larger TMIC untuned and ran 12s .

I don't recommend that (the EWG untuned) but I gotta hand it to you, that's a great time. Any weight reduction?

Great time..!!I just finally hit a 13.0x at 104 in my 06 wrx with PPG 1-4 gears....clutchmasters fx300 clutch with just a turboback,AP v1 Pro-tune, and txs tmic and thats it...with a 1.9 60' spinning all the way out of the box...This is the second time ever at the strip with this car as I'm more of a road-course guy. I'm shooting for a 12.8 at 105 on my current set up...same issue though summer tires and cold, equal massive traction issues, paired with my 2.5l and I could not hook. None the less great time..gives me hope that maybe a 12.5 is possible on my stock turbo with the mods you have paired with the 2.5l in my 06! Even a 1.7 60' should get me a 12.7 or 12.8 easily! Keep up the great work!Stock turbo ftw!!!

Eeeek and MBC!

I bet a pro-tune would yeild some pretty awsome results and deeper in the 12's for sure!
