Default Whats an EASY sleeve removal method?

I spun the main bearing in my short block and Ive decided to just scrap out the aluminum. Whats the easiest way to pull the sleeves out so I can get rid of these junk halves?

I removed sleeves out of a D15b7 Honda engine with a sledge hammer, old axe, 12 pack of Coors Light (you know the kind that has the mountains to keep me informed of my real time beer temperature) so I nor the beer over heated.

Took me a whole 20 min, but there were several "pieces" of the block missing as well.

^^^ I'm Dumb, I really misread your first post^^^^

Dude get some beer, safety glasses, and a big hammer and take out some frustration on it
I might even find some pictures of my destroyed block if I look hard enough!

I was TOLD that the main bearing was spun, I still doubt it to this day. However, damage has been done. The purpose they have left is flight testing.
