Weird problem.

So my airbag light has been going on and off for a while and i decided to just let the dealership check the code for me as they are doing the oil change.

The code came out as code 11, airbag control module faulty..but thats not my concern.

My concern is that after the whole oil change and code check, when i drove out of the dealership, I noticed that my Brake and ABS light turns on now when i put the car in reverse. Also, I cannot control how dim, bright the interior lights are anymore, nor turn on/off the headlights and I cant even turn on my high beams.

I went back to the dealership and asked what they had done and they told me all they did was just pull the code.

What is going on?

And anyone know how I would even start/look to solving this problem??

Cant really say but, find out where the airbag control module is located. Maybe one of the techs went looking for stuff and left something unplugged.

status: car has been in the dealership for 4 days now.. they still cant figure out whats wrong.

I assume they checked for blown fuses first. After that I would check the grounding for the light switch control. Hopefully when the lighting problem is solved the brake light problem will clear also.
