Default Turbos from the Subaru specialists! Year end pricing specials.

We have been building and working on Subaru specific turbos that really fit longer than anyone else in the market. Our models have all been designed and test fit on actual shop cars so you don't have any unwelcome surprises when it comes time for installation. We continually monitor production tolerances and have the strictest quality control measures in the industry.

We also PRICE all our turbos! That's right! Unlike some of those other folks, we actually put prices on our stuff instead of making you ask for a price (and then who knows if you really got the same price as the previous guy? )

We use only genuine Mitsubishi and Garrett product, we have refused to follow some of our competitors down the road of cheap low-quality chinese copy parts.

Budget Series Turbos:

Water Cooled Models (Wet cartridges)

TD05H-18G - $929.00*
TD05H-20G - $999.00*
TD05H-Super16G - $879.00*
TD06H-18G - $1199.00*
TD06H-20G - $1299.00*

Non-Water Cooled Models (Dry cartridges)
TD05H-16G - $499.00*
TD05H-18G - $699.00*
TD05H-20G - $799.00*
TD06H-18G - $999.00*
TD06H-20G - $1099.00*

STANDARD DEADBOLT TURBOS

TD04 Turbos

REBUILT TD04 $469*
Starting with a good condition core, we will perform a complete teardown, and rebuild including all seals, bushings, retainers, and O-rings.

MONSTER TD04 $569*
This is our original and most popular offering. Get a turbo upgrade without spending a ton of money. Quicker spoolup, much better "roll-on" acceleration, all new internals, we can even ceramic coat them for you!Starting with a good condition core, we will perform a complete teardown, and rebuild including all seals, bushings, retainers, and O-rings. After the rebuild we perform our now-famous Monster Port(TM) procedure.

Monster TD04 with upgraded compressor wheel - $779.00*
Same Monster TD04 as above, but with a larger, higher-volume compressor wheel and clipped turbine wheel for better midrange AND top end power. Nice turbo for folks running in race classes that require a "stock appearing turbocharger."

TD05H-16G Turbos

We were the first vendor in the US to market these on a large level, and still sell a TON of them all over the world! This turbo was originally never offered on the USDM WRX, or the later JDM versions as the compressor housing is not correct fitment for these models. We modify the inlet so that they fit perfectly on the USDM cars.
We include the metal coolant lines, banjo bolts, banjo seals, oil return with gasket, and stainless steel downpipe studs at this price unlike some other vendors! $729.00*

MONSTER TD05H-16G! Special Order - Same unit as above, except that we perform our famous Monster Port(TM) on the turbine housing providing even quicker spoolup, better midrange, and enhanced top end.
$879.00*

ZILLA SERIES TURBOS!

Remember, unlike some other companies our ZILLA series INCLUDES Installed Coolant supply lines, banjo bolts, AND Oil return line AND downpipe studs! (Over $150 for all necessary parts if purchased separately from that other vendor)

The ZILLA(TM) lineup will include our famous Monster Port(TM) Service, Port Matching to downpipe gasket, Wastegate porting, and turbine housing inlet smoothing. TD06 and Fat-boy models also include port matching of turbine inlet to gasket.

Coatings Included are Black Xtreme(TM) on exhaust housing, and Grey ceramic on compressor housing.

This is a LOT of turbo for the money!

WATER COOLED MODELS

Water cooled models include coolant supply lines, coolant supply banjo bolts, banjo seals, oil return line with gasket and bolts, and stainless downpipe studs.
18G Oil and Water Cooled TD06H turbine - $1299.00*
20G Oil and Water Cooled TD06H turbine - $1399.00*
Super16G Oil & Water TD06H turbine $1225.00*

18G Oil and Water Cooled TD05H turbine - $1195.00*
20G Oil and Water Cooled TD05H turbine - $1295.00*
Super16G Oil & Water TD05H turbine $1095.00*

3 inch inlet models of the 20G available at no additional cost, but require the use of Tumble Generator Valve deletes and 3 inch inlet tube.

All prices quoted above are for internal wastegate setups. We can weld the wastegate closed on the turbo for use with the TIAL brand of wastegates we sell below.

As always, email deadboltenterprises@charter.net or PM us with any questions.

SUPERZILLA!!!

SuperZilla turbos are available with internal or external gate, water cooled, or by special request, non-water cooled (dry)cartridges.

SZ49-55 are available with a 3 inch or standard inlet. 3 inch inlet models require TGV deletes and a 3 inch inlet pipe.

Limited time special pricing!

SuperZilla SZ49 oil and water cooled internally gated* - $1495.00
SZ55 oil and water cooled Fat-boy IWG configuration* - $1695.00
SZ60 oil and water cooled Fat-boy EWG configuration* - $1795.00
SZ65 oil and water cooled Fat-boy EWG configuration* - $1855.00

*-Prices do not include shippnig costs.

Don't forget! We are also a Thermotec warehouse distributor so we sell all the Thermotec goodies at the best prices!

We also carry Tial brand blow-off-valves, wastegates, etc.

Check with Perrin, that's where the TMIC came from that was on our Legacy.

The boss is still away! Help us make his return a happy one!

Turbos make great Christmas gifts, and unlike hose pesky kittens, they don't start to smell bad if you put them in a box and place them under the tree weeks before!

You've gotta be kidding me.

The thing needed to be recoated because you stripped out the wastegate actuator legs to the point that they couldn't be repaired so we had to cut them off and weld on new ones. This of course destroyed the coating so it needed to be recoated anyhow. You said there was no rush when we told you that we would put it in with a batch of red that we would do and we'd charge you LESS THAN HALF PRICE. Not to mention we fixed the totally screwed up EWG hack weld job for free. Also not to mention that you haven't paid for either service yet.

Posting the pic in your thread as requested.

Hope your holiday is great. I think I've sent more referrals your way in the last month than the last 5 years, so based on that business should be booming. Have a great new year.

The turbo is in Jerry, thanks again for it. I filled it with sand and made sure I was low on synthetic oil, then raced the crap out of it....now it's making funny noises????
