Question Washer pump dead...

So after filling up the tank due to a winter storm advisory, i went to go rinse my frost windshield this morning to see nothing coming out of the nozzles.... After the day warmed up, still nothing, not even a buzz out of the motor.

After checking the connection, and that the voltage is correct, it appears the washer pump is dead.

Where's a good place to get a replacement pump? Napa has them for $20, and i can't get the parts guy to give me a quote from the local suby dealership.

Anyone have luck with Autozone/Advanced Auto/Pep Boys/Wal Mart/online for good quality, cheap pricing washer pumps? If you could provide an exact part number that would be fantastic! (04 WRX Wagon 2.0T, front pump dead)

**Unnecessary story: The windshield washer pump died in my MR2 a while back. I ended up ordering 4 different model number pumps (all from Toyota) until the 5th one was the correct one. Apparently, my MR2 (which is a 93) was manufactured LATE in the model year and is actually a "94" according to the parts required. Thus my concern for the correct part.

Just get a generic one and make it fit.

A washer pump is nothing special . . .
and ANY one will work so long as your voltage is correct . . (it may not fit all nice and purdy) but it really wouldnt be hard to make it work

I wouldn't pay anything over 19.99 for a washer pump.
