Car stutter/bog woes during start-up

I first experienced this problem after my mechanic cleaned out the engine bay with a power wash. The problem seemed to go away or lessen after the throttle body was cleaned. Last weekend, I power steam washed my underbody and the problem came back again, big time. I try to step on the gas and gives me a feeling like it's building up pressure and going to blow up.

I have replaced the MAF sensor, and it still seems to bog once warming up to about 5-15 minutes of running depending on how it's driven.

My next intention is to replace the o2 sensor. Although I could not see how washing the car could ground the sensor... what do I know...

So far, I notice that this situation only happens during a change in engine temperature.

sounds like a wiring problem more than a sensor problem. extra water may add resistance in a circuit, causing your ecu to think somethings wrong and react to it. check all your wiring.
