Default Help me fix these ej20g problems!

So My car died when the fuel pump and chargepipe failed/cracked respectively, but i also have a leaking water pump, and a leaking power steering rack. So what solutions lie before me for these problems

1.) Fuel pump- just get another walbro?
2.) IC piping- Im going FMIC, where would be the best place to weld a flange for the BPV, close to the TB? Random location?
3.) Which water pump do i use for the replacement? Is it Ej20g specific? am i better off staying oem or going aftermarket? Estd. Cost? (me or a local mechanic friend of mine would be doing it)
4.) Power steering leak - I cant imagine the physical rack is leaking, its the lines right? or could it be the resevoir itself? Can i just replace with another 2.5rs/L/OBS rack?

Thanks and greatly appreciate input.

2)Most have the BPV about 8" from the throttle body.
4) It could be the resevoir. Can you see where fluid is leaking from? If its from teh top, its probably the resevoir or pump itself. If its from down below, its the lines. I have a spare set from a WRX (I think its the same) if you need the lines and rack.

just take your old pump and whatever else you are replaceing to the dealership. they will be able to match up the parts for you. that what i did with my v.2 sti ej20g and its still runnin strong. i still have the old box the new pump came in. i might be able to get the part numbers for you if you need them.

the steering rack u can get from any car.... i think even the stis.. work not sure... but getting it from an 25rs or L or OBS would definitely fit... looked for wrecked ones.

so revised list and solutions

1.) Walbro
2.) CX Racing, and going Dorifto Style because my front bumper is fried, and will just ziptie my license plate and blinkers to the STI lightweight bar. Where should i have the mounting point for my BPV welded? i dont have fabrication skills or tools on hand? what do i do? help? should i just get a premade mounting point and just cut my piping and use the ties+silicone? or get it fabbed? I CANT HAVE massive downtime by going around town. I need this fixed ASAP.
3.) so i dont understand, my car isnt driveable, do i setup a date with subaru, and have the car towed to subaru to be fixed? Will they do it? price?
4.) its the lines, ive verified, how do i proceed? should i have that taken care of at the same time? i cant find an install. I hear their is a good SS replacement?

power steering i can do without, but mainly 2.) and 3.) i need some help.

Grab the Walbro if you can afford it at the time, though a used oem wrx/sti pump should work perfectly for less than half the cost if you can find it.
For the bpv, you have the option of finding a newage(02-07) wrx flange and getting it welded on to the piping near the throttle body. In the end it makes it easier finding bov's. Or you could just use the stock ej20g bpv and relocate it using some spare hosing and some modding of the intake piping. Get it fabbed.

order a usdm wrx water pump, it should work perfectly with your car. ej205(02-05)water pump works.

Not too sure about the SS lines on the powersteering pump, but you should pick the lines up from a rs or L of the same year.. Should be able to find some in a junkyard.

Did that help?

if you can get the pre-made mounting point that fits between the piping then do it.
