Default Startup smelling gas

when I start up it smells like gas
I always warm it up for about 5-10 mins
is this just because of the cold winter?
or could it be a leak or somthing

Yes, a common problem. There is a TSB for it. Check out the huge thread in the warranty section. There are details on the issue.
