Rims just arrived

Just receieved my MB weapon wheels from discounttire.com . 18x7.5 et48 w/ Kumho SPT rubber. I weighed them on my bathroom scale of 41.6lbs with the tires. Anyone know the weight of stock wheels w/ tires? I really like these rims especially for the cost of $165 each shipped. The tires cost me like $105 each shipped and they came mounted and balanced. Now I need some lug nuts!!

Just got my MB Weapons a few days ago. 18x8 ET45 gunmetal with 225/40/18 Falken Ze-912 tires. Hub rings included for free. Also picked up Gorilla lug nuts with locks. I initially told the sales rep that I'll pass on the tire warranty, so he offered to half the price for me. $26.50 for this warranty is not too bad... not too bad at all. Overall, very happy with the purchase--they shipped quickly and everything arrived in pristine shape. Discount Tire ftw!

a 18x7.5 is kinda a waste, IMO

too narrow to take a tire of any width

id much rather have a 17x8 with a 245/40

I also had good experience with Discount tire. I bought my winter wheels and tires from them, arrived quickly, no marks on any of the wheels from mounting, came with hub rings and lug nuts.

they had a much better selection of low priced wheels than tire rack

i got the 18x7.5 because it came in the correct offset of et48. 18x8 only came in et45. After reading the offset sticky, et45 was out of the range of a 8" rim. I didnt plan on running anything wider then 225. I had 18x7.5 bbs wheels w/ 225 tires on my last car and it was perfect for my needs.
