Default ???Best mods for MY00 Outback Wagon???

I relize this isn't a 14.25sec contender but...
what would be a good place to start?
already have K&N filter,Synth oil...
Howabout?
scoobychip? 12'/lb toqure $275
bolra headers? 12hp $400+
catback...?hp? (would like to keep car kinda quiet)
lightweight pully set?

and/or

Just drop $3500+ for 5psi turbo (60-80hp)
and find a hood scoop to cut in for intercooler

I know that the turbo would be the biggest help BUT $$$$

Like to hear any Ideas!!!
Thanx

Well what are your goals here? If you just want more pep, you can stay NA and be ok. If ever want real power, you will need to go turbo. My opinion of course, but an Outback is heavy and will need more power than an RS to feel fast.

These should give you decent pep... (plenty of noise though)
NA mods:
Ganzflow
Cams
Catback
high flow cat
headers
pulley

Lately people with the EJ22s and EJ25s have been having a lot of success with installing WRX exhausts. they look an sound better, and butt dynos have been reporting small gains too. Look into it. its cheap, and requires minimal shop work to get it to fit.

Other than that, intake is chep and easy. Ganzflow if you want it done professionally, or you can slap together one from Home Depot parts.
