Well when everyone figures out a date, post it and i'm going to try to make it. Although I have no idea what i'm doing or what supplies to bring. What kind of paint should I bring if i want to paint them black?

Ah man, that would be a problem... check back here often to find out when the date will be. Hopefully you can make it!

Anyone familiar with 2006 headlights?
I'm technically in Fairfax Station. Only 10 mins from downtown Fairfax (toward Occoquan direction).

I think the only real supplies you need is:
  • something to seal the headlights back up with
  • w/e paint you want to use
  • new bulbs (if you don't want gross amber ones )
  • if you want to do the Koji mod, then you would need those supplies as well
anyone else care to chime in?

Sounds good Matt. We could use ya

There is alot of expressed interest in this Sunday. I'm kind of leaning toward that as it works for me as well as many other people.

Thoughts? Opinions? Curses/Spells? Gypsies?

(holy carp that was alot!)

In all the lights I have done, I have never needed to add more silicone or RTV.

Put me on the list! I've got two very asymmetric bugeye lights. Does this include cleaning the fog off the old lens?

I personally don't have any of my Mother's Powerball stuff here to clean lenses, otherwise I'd be all over it. I forgot it back at ECU Does anyone else maybe want to provide a hook-up for cleaning lenses?

Haha no joke, especially where I live

I say everyone just bring their own? A small rattlecan should do it. I haven't decided if I'm gonna do flat black or semi-gloss. Apparently, the "semi-gloss" has a richer, darker black to it.

Also his drive way is pretty long but steep hope everyones ebrake has enough gripping power. ....... Anyways I'll crawl out there Sunday when ever I can move I'm planing on getting pretty intoxicated the night before
