Default Ej20g motorbuild question

Any one know the Torque spec for the headbolts? Just orderd the haynes manuel from north ursuila and should be here in about 2 weeks but my friend needs it ASAP.

Did some research but i kept finding dif answers, so i wasnt sure.

That is the old method. Subaru dohc process has changed since the GD.

GUYS i REALLY do Apreciate all the info and help. very quick and fast. thats how fellow suby guys should respond. i was expecting some smarta$$ comments. thanks alot guys.
