Default Car is having a hard time starting...

I just cleaned my battery terminals last night from corrosion and I tested the battery and alternator and everything was fine. Whenever I try to start my car it SLOWLY turns over. What can be wrong with it?

Check the starter ground wire and harness for a good connection
