Default NTO3+m stock or aftermarket lugs/rubber ?

I have heard that the stock seats are the same degree and i have heard that they are different. Anyone know for sure? Also i have 215-45 17 tires on now. I was told that i will be good to just swap over the rubber to 17 x 8 rims. Is this also true? thanks-

No. 215 45 17. On an 8 inch wide wheel with a 5x 100 bolt pattern. Not 8.5 wide and any idea about the lug nuts fitting or do I need the tuner style nuts. I am posting from my phone so when I can ill update my profile.

I would just get new lugs, dont chance it. I have these wheels and would not cheap out. Also on a 8 inch wide wheel Id go to a 225, at least. 215 is for a 6.5 wheel
